About Us

Welcome to Atlanta Home Improvement magazine. Our first issue was August 2001, and we have quickly grown to become THE resource for your home and garden. New readers and advertisers are attracted to the magazine because of its editorial content covering remodeling, decorating, landscaping, home maintenance and more. The goal of Atlanta Home Improvement magazine is to educate, inspire and provide resources to the homeowner. It is distributed to more than 1,800 locations throughout metro Atlanta. Check our Subscribe/Pick up a FREE Issue page to see where you can find us.

The magazine networks with several associations, including the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association (MALTA) and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders’ Association (HBA). Visit our Professional Associations page to learn more about these helpful associations.

Additionally, Atlanta Home Improvement magazine is a media sponsor of the Atlanta Spring and Fall Home Shows, the Garden and Patio Show. and the Race for the Cure. The official directory for these three shows is published in the magazine and then handed out at the shows.

Thank you, our readers and advertisers, for making our magazine the success it has become. Recently, Atlanta Home Improvement received recognition from MAGS (the Magazine Association of the Southeast) when it was awarded the 2006 Gold GAMMA Award in the Best Single Issue category, for the December issue containing the 2007 Kitchen & Bath Planner. Judge Sallie Brady said: "An exhaustive idea file for the homeowner, this kitchen and bath issue presents everything from product, to floor plans, to construction costs, in an interactive, accessible format"

We hope you find this Web site useful, informative and easy to navigate. We’d love to hear from you regarding the Web site or anything else concerning the magazine.
